WATERLINE DEU-DESUM Capacity Building Workshop

Train the Trainers workshops and capacity/collaboration building meetings, which are included in the mission statements of the WATERLINE project in order to support the increase of participation and cooperation in the European research area, continue! 

DEU- DESUM hosted Dr. Matt Johns from the University of Exeter on 6-8 August for a series of workshops with DEU academics and early career researchers and a visit to the DEU Technopark to explore further collaboration opportunities on digital water technologies. 

No need to mention that this visit actually contributed to the efforts for further improving the software and interface design components of the DEU-DESUM dam-break experiment app as an educational material. Stay tuned with us 🙏
