We propose collecting rainwater from the urban areas and transporting it to the agricultural areas threatened by drought.
Local Rainwater Management Systems (LRMS) are distributed over urban area, creating a distributed rainwater control system . Each LRMS consists of rainwater collection systems on houses and buildings. Intelligent controller consists of traditional controller with implemented Deep Learning model that predicts potentially dangerous events, such as floods and draughts by analysing weather information.
