The following survey targets the actors of the water sector quadruple helix
higher education and research institutions,
public organizations and policy,
industry and business, and
civil society organisations and associations.
The data collected through this survey will be used to develop a joint international Digital Water education programme and used in drafting the road map towards water-related education and training governance framework. In this context, Digital Water is the exploitation of data from a network of sensors and smart management systems installed across the water services sector to create enhanced insight and thus make better decisions.
